What are Stress Illnesses, how do I know I have one and how do I overcome them?

What are Stress Illnesses

Stress can be both good and bad and at it’s most basic level it is our bodies response to situations or a life event. Stress is the dis-ease we feel in our bodies in response to pressures, demands, fears and worries. Healthy levels of stress can fuel our motivation and determination. It can be the kick we need to take action or see something through. On the contrary unhealthy levels can result in all sorts of illness and stress symptoms a list of which can be found below.

What I find the most intriguing thing about stress is that often we can’t notice how stressed we are unless we are very good at being self aware. We are much more likely to become aware of the illnesses which are caused by our stress.
